We will take care of every step, turning your dream into reality.
STEP 1
Having looked around our display vehicles, we sit down to discuss your needs and thoughts. This is the fun part!
We will help you come to a decision of your ideal layout and the budget you have to work with.
Our Silver conversion includes everything you need. You will need to choose:-
- The roof style – elevating or high top
- The seating arrangement
- The wood finishes on Cupboards & Worktops
- The seat fabrics/leathers
You also have the option of other features, for example:-
- Heater options
- Awning options
- Accessories like bike racks, reversing cameras etc.
STEP 2
We find your preferred base VW vehicle. We have some base vehicles in stock, and can work with our VW dealer network to find the ideal vehicle for you. Remember all of our vehicles come with 12 to 36 month warranty.
Amongst other things to consider:-
- Preferred Colours
- New, Nearly New, Approved Used
- Preferred age and mileage
- Manual or Automatic
- Options – Air conditioning, Parking Sensors, Cruise Control etc.
STEP 3
If you decide to go ahead, we ask for a £2000 deposit and put the wheels in motion…pardon the pun!
STEP 4
This is where you sit back and relax whilst we take the reigns:-
- We allocate a conversion slot at the factory and order the vehicle from VW.
- We collect the vehicle from VW, prepare it, and deliver the vehicle to the factory to ensure that all of your requirements are correctly understood.
- We check on progress weekly during the build and keep you informed
- We collect the completed camper from Leisuredrive and give it a full Pre Delivery Inspection and Test
- We prepare the documentation for DVLA classification
- We arrange a collection/delivery date with you.
STEP 5
Handover Day has arrived!
- After coffee and biscuits, we take you through the new camper documentation
- We then go through a 1 to 2 hour training/handover session to ensure that you are completely familiar and happy when you drive your new dream away.
- We handover your ‘ Ready to Go’ kit
- Remember – we are available 7 days a week to answer your questions.
