We thought we knew which VW we wanted but visits to various dealers left us without the answers we needed – until we found Bridgewater Campers on Google.

We bought our first camper last September from John and Pete and the service we received was excellent. They gave us all the info we needed as newbies to the campervan life and ensured we were well looked after. So much so when we decided to upgrade in June this year we had no hesitation in returning. Again, we were given all the info we needed, they had the perfect swap for us and we picked up our new van a week later. Any questions they are always on hand to help, nothing is too much trouble and we would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a camper to pay them a visit.

I have known John and Pete for 18 months now, since I bought my camper during lockdown 1, and consider them to be good friends. We were blown away by Pete and John at the Caravan and Motorhome Show. They were a real “tour de force” in understated salesmanship. Their knowledge of their products, enthusiasm and energy combined with humorous anecdotes and the sheer amount of time spent made for a very fruitful and enjoyable visit.
They very quickly understood what our needs were, for example whether the van could be manoeuvred up and down our drive comfortably. Talk about going the extra mile! They came out twice from Sale to Prestwich to check this out despite our not having made any commitment to buy a van at that time.
